Who is life coach Karen Hawkins?

Karen Hawkins is a lifelong journalist, serial entrepreneur and mouthy Black lesbian feminist of the Gen-X variety. She’s the founder of Rebellious Magazine for Women and co-host of Of Course I’m Not OK: The Podcast. She’s held reporting, editing or executive positions with The 19th, the Chicago Reader, The Associated Press, the Windy City Times, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and Palm Beach Post. Karen is an International Coaching Federation-credentialed coach.
